Kim Rampersadh is a Senior Associate in the Trade Mark Litigation Department. Her post qualification experience in this department is four years.
She is a qualified trade mark practitioner and fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property. She is also an admitted attorney and member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.
Ms Rampersadh has garnered experience advising clients on a wide range of IP enforcement issues in South Africa and abroad. Her focus includes trade mark and copyright litigation, passing-off matters, company name objections, domain name disputes and advising on advertising law.
Over the years, she has contributed to an established IP practice which has been at the forefront of many landmark IP cases in South Africa and the African continent. As a result, Ms Rampersadh has acquired a litigation- driven skill set aimed at resolving IP related conflicts.
