Alicia Kabini is a Partner and trade mark attorney who recently joined the anti-counterfeiting department. She also specialises in trademark litigation, including oppositions, cancellations and their related interlocutory applications in South Africa and in other African countries. She has been involved in a number of high profile trade mark litigation matters before various Divisions of the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal in South Africa, as well as High Courts in several other African countries.

Alicia’s knowledge and expertise will further enhance the dedicated anti-counterfeiting team, whose primary mission, amongst others, is to combat counterfeit goods trade in Africa.
