Pheladi Boshielo

Pheladi is an associate in the Trade Mark Litigation Department in Pretoria. She served her articles of clerkship at the firm after obtaining her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2024.

Pheladi was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2026. She assists in a broad range of litigious Intellectual Property matters in South Africa, and throughout Africa including disputes relating to trade marks, passing-off, copyright, unlawful competition, domain name disputes and company name objections
