He has experience in local and cross-border corporate restructuring, personal estate restructuring and general corporate commercial transactions. Pierre has a vast understanding of company law, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, trust law, business law and corporate structures, BEE structures and insolvency law. Pierre has advised and assisted with the implementation of numerous multinational restructuring transactions as well as personal corporate estate restructuring transactions for efficient estate succession planning purposes. His interests are in corporate, commercial and tax law, with a focus on finding the most tax-efficient solutions for both corporate entities and individuals.
