Jani Cronjé is a partner in the firm’s Trade Mark Litigation department. She specialises in trade mark oppositions and cancellations, trade mark infringement and passing-off disputes, domain name complaints, ASA complaints and copyright infringement matters.
Nishi is a Partner in the Trade mark Department. She practices at the Durban office and is one of the Managing Partners. Nishi served for seven years on the firm’s Management Committee as Branch Office Chairperson.
Dakalo Luvhimbi is a Senior Associate in the Trade Mark Litigation department. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2008. She was admitted as an attorney in 2011. She is also a qualified member and fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law.
Gérard du Plessis is a senior partner of the firm and has served as the Chairman of Adams & Adams from 2013 to date. Prior to that he also served for a number of years as Trade Mark Department Co-Chairman(litigation).
Lita was admitted as attorney in 2010. She holds an LLB degree from University of Western Cape. Her areas of practice include brand enforcement and trade mark prosecution including, infringement, and opposition proceedings, domain name disputes, company and close corporation name objections, trade mark searches, filings, assignments. She also has experience in anti-counterfeiting.
Maureen is an admitted Attorney working in the Trade Mark department. She specialises in trade mark prosecution, brand enforcement as well as litigation which includes name objection, opposition infringement matters.
Lebohang Mosala is an Senior Associate in the Trade Mark Prosecution Department. She has experience in conducting trade mark availability searches, filing trade mark applications and further prosecution thereof. Duties also include providing opinions relating to copyright matters.
Robyn Müller-Mabuza is a senior associate to Debbie Marriott in the trade mark litigation department. She attained her LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
