She specialises in civil litigation with special emphasis in personal injury related matters, which include Road Accident Fund, medical negligence, slip and fall and wrongful arrest claims, professional indemnity and insurance related matters.
Jean-Louis has accumulated over 20 years’ experience in the fields of personal injury law, medical malpractice and professional liability claims. Besides for being fluent in English, Afrikaans and German, he has a basic understanding and command of French.
Richard is a Senior Associate in the commercial, property and litigation department in Pretoria. He specialises in High Court Litigation with specific focus on medical negligence, third party and personal injury claims.
