Simon Brown

At present, Simon is the Head of the Trade Mark Prosecution section, as well as Co-chairperson of the Trade Mark Department at Adams & Adams. Simon’s practice focuses largely on clearance investigations, filing and prosecution of trade mark cases and trade mark portfolio management throughout Africa and internationally.

Nishi Chetty

Nishi is a Partner in the Trade mark Department. She practices at the Durban office and is one of the Managing Partners. Nishi served for seven years on the firm’s Management Committee as Branch Office Chairperson.

Lita Miti-Qamata
