At present, Simon is the Head of the Trade Mark Prosecution section, as well as Co-chairperson of the Trade Mark Department at Adams & Adams. Simon’s practice focuses largely on clearance investigations, filing and prosecution of trade mark cases and trade mark portfolio management throughout Africa and internationally.

Nishi is a Partner in the Trade mark Department. She practices at the Durban office and is one of the Managing Partners. Nishi served for seven years on the firm’s Management Committee as Branch Office Chairperson.

Lita was admitted as attorney in 2010. She holds an LLB degree from University of Western Cape. Sajidha is a partner in Adams & Adams’s Trade Mark Department. She graduated with a BA(Hons) LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2007. 

Kagisho started his career in Intellectual Property law as a Trade Mark Examiner at the South African Trade Marks Office.
