Rebone Setati is an Associate in the trade mark litigation department. She attained her B.Com (Law) and LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. Rebone specialises in trade mark litigation, particularly, trade mark infringement, company name objections, domain name disputes, passing-off, unlawful competition, and related subjects.

Michael is an associate in the Commercial, Property and Litigation department in Pretoria. He is a litigation attorney, practicing as such in Road Accident Fund claims, Medical Malpractice, Professional Negligence, Unlawful arrest and detention, as well as other Personal Injury Claims.

Jani Cronjé is a partner in the firm’s Trade Mark Litigation department. She specialises in trade mark oppositions and cancellations, trade mark infringement and passing-off disputes, domain name complaints, ASA complaints and copyright infringement matters.

Ms Griffiths started her career in the firm’s Commercial Property and Litigation Department before joining the Trade Mark Litigation Department.

Gérard du Plessis is a senior partner of the firm and has served as the Chairman of Adams & Adams from 2013 to date. Prior to that he also served for a number of years as Trade Mark Department Co-Chairman(litigation).

Nicole Haworth is a Senior Associate at Adams & Adams and obtained her LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2009 and her LLM degree from the University of Pretoria in 2015.

Jenny is a partner in the Adams & Adams Trade mark Department. Her areas of practice include trade mark litigation, domain name registration and securing domains from unlawful proprietors, as well as litigation relating to copyright, passing-off, unlawful competition, company name objections and related issues.

Kim has garnered experience advising clients on a wide range of IP enforcement issues in South Africa and abroad. Her focus includes trade mark and copyright litigation, passing-off matters, company name objections, domain name disputes and advising on advertising law.

Kelly Thompson is a Partner in the trade mark litigation group and serves as the Chairperson of Adams & Adams.

Esmé is a qualified attorney and trade mark practitioner specialising in trade mark prosecution matter. Esmé has also been involved in trade mark litigation relating to trade marks, copyright, passing-off, domain name disputes, company name objections and advertising and regulatory issues in South Africa.
