Nishi is a Partner in the Trade mark Department. She practices at the Durban office and is one of the Managing Partners. Nishi served for seven years on the firm’s Management Committee as Branch Office Chairperson.

Godfrey Budeli is one of the partners in Trade Mark Litigation section and is currently heading up the Anti-Counterfeiting team.

Jani Cronjé is a partner in the firm’s Trade Mark Litigation department. She specialises in trade mark oppositions and cancellations, trade mark infringement and passing-off disputes, domain name complaints, ASA complaints and copyright infringement matters.

Bilkis is a partner in the Trade Marks Department, holding a LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. 

At present, Simon is the Head of the Trade Mark Prosecution section, as well as Co-chairperson of the Trade Mark Department at Adams & Adams. Simon’s practice focuses largely on clearance investigations, filing and prosecution of trade mark cases and trade mark portfolio management throughout Africa and internationally.

Sajidha is a partner in Adams & Adams’s Trade Mark Department. She graduated with a BA(Hons) LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2007. 

Debbie Marriott is a Partner in the Trade Mark Litigation department, and is admitted as a Solicitor in the UK in addition to being a South African Attorney.

Blain de Villiers is a partner in the Trade Marks Department, a top-tier ranked attorney and Trade Mark Practitioner.

Alicia Kabini is a Partner in the trade mark enforcement department. She specialises in trade mark litigation, including domain name disputes, company name objections, ASA disputes and passing off matters. She also has experience in anti-counterfeiting matters.

Eugene Honey has been specialising in Trade Marks and Copyright matters, as well as Commercial IP matters including Franchising and Licensing, IP valuations, IP Due Diligence and IP portfolio management since being admitted in 1991.
