  • Alicia van der Walt (née Castleman)

    Alicia has extensive practical experience in trade mark prosecution matters including conducting trade mark clearance, availability, registrability and infringement searches and attending to trade mark recordal, prosecution and maintenance matters in South Africa, Africa and various other territories throughout the world.

  • Alissa Nayanah

    Alissa Nayanah joined Adams & Adams in 2012. She is a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner who specialises in trade mark prosecution and enforcement in South Africa and foreign territories.

  • Amina Suliman

    Amina is an admitted attorney, notary public and conveyancer as well as a qualified trade mark practitioner. She is a member of the Legal Practice Council and a fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law.

  • Anri Bezuidenhout

    Anri Bezuidenhout is an Associate in the Patent Department of Adams & Adams. She holds a degree in chemical engineering as well as a law degree. Anri is an admitted attorney of the South African High Court and a qualified patent attorney.

  • Aslam Patel

    Aslam Patel is an attorney in Adams and Adams employment law department. He specialises in general, individual and collective employment matters.
