Aniqa is an admitted attorney and associate in the Trade Mark Litigation Department in Pretoria. She served her articles of clerkship at Adams & Adams after attaining her LLB from UNISA in 2020. Aniqa has also attained an LLB(Hons) from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom and an LLM specialising in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Cape Town. Aniqa was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2023. She assists in a broad range of litigious intellectual property matters in South Africa, and throughout Africa including disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, passing-off, unlawful competition, domain name disputes, company, and business name objections.
