Kim Rampersadh is a Partner in the Trade Mark Litigation Department. Her post qualification experience in this department is eight years.
She is a qualified trade mark practitioner. She is also an admitted attorney and member of the Legal Practice Council.
Ms Rampersadh has garnered experience advising clients on a wide range of IP enforcement issues in South Africa and abroad. Her focus includes trade mark and copyright litigation, passing-off matters, company name objections, domain name disputes and advising on advertising law and IP regulatory concerns.
Over the years, she has contributed to an established IP practice which has been at the forefront of many landmark IP cases in South Africa and the African continent. As a result, Ms Rampersadh has acquired a litigation- driven skill set aimed at resolving IP related conflicts.
