Mohamed Jameel Hamid is a qualified attorney and trade mark practitioner specialising in the filing and prosecution of trade marks throughout Africa and various other jurisdictions.  In 2019, Lexology recognised him as a Legal Influencer.  He has considerable experience in litigation relating to trade marks, copyright, passing-off, unlawful competition, domain name disputes and company and business name objections. He completed his BA and LLB degrees through North West University, is an admitted attorney and a qualified SAIIPL Trade Mark Practitioner.
