Nontando is an admitted attorney and associate in the Trade Mark Litigation Department in Pretoria. She served her articles of clerkship at Adams & Adams after attaining her BA in Law and Psychology and LLB from Rhodes University in 2017 and 2019, respectively. Nontando was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2022. She assists in a broad range of litigious intellectual property matters in South Africa, and throughout Africa including disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, passing-off, unlawful competition, domain name disputes, company, and business name objections.
