I am an Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer, specializing in trade mark, copyright and entertainment law. I have a passion for the arts and creative industries and assisting clients to grow their businesses through the effective management of their IP rights and assets.
My core practice areas include:
- the development of brand protection and enforcement strategies in Africa and internationally;
- copyright management, enforcement, licensing and related deal structuring; and
- advising on government policy, and legislative and regulatory matters affecting the copyright industries and the online creative content distribution environment.

conferences hosted by WIPO, ARIPO and other organisations from time to time.
