Ms. Griffiths is a qualified attorney and trade mark practitioner with more than 15 years’ litigation experience. Her practice is focused on all forms of intellectual property with a keen interest in copyright and, in particular, software and publishing. She has knowledge and experience in all types of IP enforcement matters in various African territories and has also advised clients on legislative amendments and Regulatory matters. Ms Griffiths has been involved in the representation of, and has acted for, prominent local and international clients, including Fortune 500 companies, across different industries including fashion, information technology, food and beverage, retail and transport. She is a co-author of the 2017 edition of Copyright Chapter in The Law of South Africa (LAWSA) publication and a guest lecturer in both LLB and LLM courses in Intellectual Property at the University of Pretoria. Ms Griffiths was recognised as a WIPR leader in 2022 and ranked in the WTR 1000.
