Daniëlle is a senior associate in the Trade Mark Litigation department. She holds a Bcom Law and LLB degree (both with distinction) from the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an attorney in 2018 and specialises in IP commercialisation, with her focus areas ranging from local and foreign trade mark searches and filings to brand enforcement and IP due diligence including infringement and opposition proceedings, company name objections and the drafting and review of IP related agreements.
