As part of our trade mark department’s expertise, we are excited to include an experienced regulatory and compliance practice. This additional service has evolved over time to enable us to assist our clients with enquiries relating to advertising compliance, both at statutory and self-regulation levels particularly in relation to the FMCG market. Our trade mark professionals have the necessary experience in this field, as a result of extensive involvement in not only submitting and responding to regulatory and advertising complaints, but also through the drafting of submissions to local government departments on new draft legislation which impacts on and has a direct influence over our client’s intellectual property rights.
