David-John Marlow

David-John is an admitted attorney and associate in Adams & Adams’ Dispute Resolution department.

He served his articles of clerkship at Adams & Adams, after obtaining his BCom (Law) degree, majoring in Economics and Business Management from the University of Pretoria in 2020, and his LLB (Cum laude) from the same university in 2022.

David-John was awarded the Phatshoane Henny Group Honour Medal, for completing his studies as one of the top 20 graduates in his final year of study.

In 2025, David-John was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

David-John assists in a range of commercial litigation matters, including those relating to insolvency and liquidation, shareholder and director disputes, contractual disputes and construction disputes as well as general commercial litigation.
