Ms. Marsicano is a patent attorney whose focus of practice is the prosecution of patent applications in South Africa and in other jurisdictions in Africa for cases which originate from abroad. In particular, she reviews and provides advice on the claims with a view to identifying disconformity with local requirements and/or areas where possible amendments may improve the enforceability of the claims.
