Donald is a partner in the Property Department. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2009. He is an admitted Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer. He specialises in various aspects of conveyancing and notarial practice with keen interest in preparing and drafting offers to purchase of immovable property, attending to the registrations of the opening of the sectional title schemes, attending to the registrations of the opening of townships, preparation and execution of notarial deeds, preparation and registration of mortgage bonds, registrations of subdivisions and consolidations, attending to the transfers of immovable property through private sales, donations, deceased estates, divorces, and forced sales.
