Jolene van Wyk

Jolene is an admitted attorney and associate in the Trade Mark Litigation department at Adams & Adams. She completed both her BCom Law and LLB degrees in 2023, after which she served her practical vocational training at Adams & Adams in the Trade Mark Litigation department. Jolene was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2026. She assists in a broad range of litigious intellectual property matters in South Africa, and throughout Africa including disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, passing-off, unlawful competition, domain name disputes, company, and business name objections.
