Mbali Kawawa

Mbali is an Associate in the Family Law Department at Adams & Adams and holds a BA Degree in Psychology and Criminology from UNISA, as well as an LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. She began her articles of clerkship at Boela van der Merwe Attorneys Inc., where she frequently appeared in the Magistrates’ Courts for Unopposed Divorces, Domestic Violence and Harassment matters, as well as Children’s Court and Maintenance Court matters. In Children’s Court proceedings, she often served as the court‑appointed attorney for the child or children.
