Shani is Head of Family Law in the CPL department. Her speciality and passion lie in matrimonial disputes and family law, inclusive of Domestic Violence and Harassment issues. Shani is a member of the Legal Practice Council and Gauteng Family Law Forum.
Shani frequently appears in the Children’s Courts, Magistrate’s Courts, Regional Courts and High Courts of South Africa on behalf of clients. She has furthermore given advice on various live radio stations and tv broadcasts.
