Tajme Maharaj

Tajme is an Associate in the Trade mark Prosecution Department at Adams & Adams. She served her articles of clerkship at Adams & Adams (2024-2025) after obtaining her LLB degree at Stellenbosch University and her LLM (specialising in Intellectual Property) at the University of Cape Town.

Tajme was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2026. Tajme assists with a broad range of intellectual property-related matters and practices in a team that assists clients with brand protection, with a focus on the African continent. In particular, Tajme assists with trade mark clearance searches, filings, prosecution, registration and portfolio management.
