Madré is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, Notary, and Associate in the Property Department with a keen interest in all things Conveyancing. She completed her LLB degree in 2018 at the University of the Free State.

Pierre is an associate at Adams & Adams in the Corporate and Commercial Department in Pretoria. He has experience in local and cross-border corporate restructuring, personal estate restructuring and general corporate commercial transactions. Pierre has a vast understanding of company law, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, trust law, business law and corporate structures, BEE structures and insolvency law. Pierre has advised and assisted with the implementation of numerous multinational restructuring transactions as well as personal corporate estate restructuring transactions for efficient estate succession planning purposes. His interests are in corporate, commercial and tax law, with a focus on finding the most tax-efficient solutions for both corporate entities and individuals.
