Marcelle Samons

Marcelle is an admitted attorney and associate in the Trade Mark Prosecution department at Adams & Adams. She completed both her BA Law and LLB degrees with distinctions, after which she served her practical vocational training at Adams & Adams in the Trade Mark Prosecution and Trade Mark Litigation departments. Marcelle assists with a broad range of intellectual property-related matters and practises in a team that assists clients with brand protection across the African continent. In particular, Marcelle assists with trade mark clearance searches, filings, prosecution, registration and portfolio management.
