Tshireletso Tlholoe

Tshireletso Tlholoe is an Associate in the Trade Mark Prosecution department at Adams & Adams.

She obtained her BA and LLB degrees from Rhodes University where she was also included on the Dean’s list, which is a scholarly award for students who demonstrate academic excellence.

She also received the E.V Adams scholarship which is awarded to a student who displays exceptional abilities based on academic merit. She has a strong appreciation and understanding of branding and enjoys the complexities of trade mark law and advises clients on the best strategies to adopt and build brands throughout the world, with a particular focus on Africa, by way of conducting clearance searches, conducting audits and gap analysis, and facilitating trade mark filings, prosecution, and registration.
