Danielle is a Senior Associate in the Trade Mark Litigation department. She specialises in IP commercialisation, with her focus areas ranging from trade mark searches, filings & trade mark prosecution to brand enforcement and IP due diligence including, infringement and opposition proceedings, domain name disputes and company name objections.

Nicole advises clients from a wide range of industries, including, for example, the automotive, construction, telecommunications, entertainment, and IT industries, in relation to the protection and enforcement of their brands and intellectual property rights in Africa.

Steven advises clients on all issues relating to trade mark selection, searching, registration and enforcement. He is actively involved in creating, implementing and managing trade mark portfolios, enforcement programmes and management strategies, on behalf of our international and local clients in a number of African countries.
