Alissa Naran joined Adams & Adams in 2012. She is a Partner and a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner who specialises in trade mark prosecution and enforcement in South Africa and foreign territories. Her practice also includes advising on copyright protection and litigation, domain name disputes, company name objections and ASA complaints. Alissa has advised clients on IP protection and enforcement in various industries, including, hospitality, telecommunications, technology, banking, retail and fast-moving consumer goods.
