Jean-Paul Rudd

Jean-Paul Rudd is a Partner in the Insurance & Financial Services practice at Adams and Adams, where he acts primarily for insurers and underwriting managers in complex coverage and defence matters.

He has been with the firm since 2008, and was promoted to partnership in 2014.

He has represented clients in the Supreme Court of Appeal and across all divisions of the High Court of South Africa, as well as in the Regional Court and Magistrates' Court, and before specialist forums including the Financial Services Tribunal, the Companies Tribunal, and various professional regulatory bodies.

His practice focuses on insurance litigation, with a particular emphasis on:
