We are delighted to welcome internationally recognised futurist Graeme Codrington as the keynote speaker for Crammer® 2026.
Graeme specialises in the future of work, helping organisations understand the forces shaping the world around them — particularly at the intersection of technology, organisational design and leadership.
For more than two decades, he has worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands, travelling to over 100 countries and speaking to approximately 100,000 people every year. He is the author of five best-selling books and guest lectures at six leading global business schools.
At Crammer® 2026, Graeme will challenge conventional thinking and offer practical perspectives on how leaders can respond to disruption, uncertainty and opportunity in a rapidly changing world.
